For events and ticketing, we collect event-related information, ticket selections, attendee details, and QR-based entry logs. Payment-related data includes transaction IDs, amounts, payment status, and refund details—however, we do not store full card or UPI credentials.
Device and usage data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, operating systems, browser details, app versions, timestamps, logs, cookies, and SDK signals are also collected. Additionally, for support and KYC verification, we may collect user messages, grievance submissions, and identity information where required.

How We Use Data

We use collected data to operate and maintain our platform, list and manage events, and process ticket sales. This includes sending booking confirmations, updates, and payment-related notifications. Data is also used for processing refunds, settlements, invoices, taxes, and organizer payouts.
We may use information to verify event entry, prevent fraud, maintain platform security, and enforce our terms of service. It also helps us provide customer support, resolve grievances, and conduct analytics to improve platform performance and reliability. Marketing communications are sent only with the user’s consent, and users can opt out at any time. We also use data as required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Our platform uses essential cookies and SDKs necessary for login, security, and other core functionalities. We share relevant data with event organizers to help them manage attendees and ticketing for their respective events. Payment service providers receive data necessary to handle transactions, refunds, and chargebacks. We may also share limited information with contracted vendors who assist with hosting, communication (SMS/email), analytics, fraud prevention, and customer support—always under strict confidentiality and security terms. In certain cases, data may also be disclosed to legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Children

Our services are primarily intended for adults. For events involving minors, parent or guardian consent must be obtained through the organizer. We do not engage in targeted advertising directed at children.

International Processing

Some data may be processed on servers or by vendors located outside India. In such cases, appropriate safeguards and compliance measures are applied to ensure protection in accordance with Indian data protection standards.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers using our platform must publish their own privacy notices and are responsible for using attendee data strictly for event-related purposes. Organizers must ensure data security, honor user rights, and comply with applicable data breach and reporting obligations.
